  1. Fruit Parfait:  Layer Greek yoghurt with berries and chia seeds and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate
  2. Banana Bites:  Dip banana slices in dark chocolate
  3. Baked Apples: Core apples and fill the centre with dark chocolate and bake until tender for a comforting dessert
  4. Chocolate Avocado Mousse:  Blend ripe avocado with cocoa powder, a splash of milk or milk alternative and a dash or maple syrup of honey or dates, for a creamy indulgent dessert
