About Me

What’s Eating You Nutrition has been advising people with Nutrition since 2008, based primarily in Wantage, on the Berkshire, Oxfordshire border.

I have always been passionate about healthy eating, meal planning and cooking, but this passion blossomed into a career in nutrition after healing myself of IBS and allergies.

After studying for a number of years I gained three diplomas in nutrition and am a member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and CNHC Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) UK.

I provide nutritional advice to the Corporate market, as well as to individuals (adults and children) and celebrities.

I have also made health contributions on BBC Berkshire, and written for Country Walking magazine. My clinic is based in Wantage, close to Hungerford, Grove and Oxford. In addition I am able to book  Zoom consultations for those needing nutritional advice outside the area.
