Grated red cabbage

Cooked and cooled green soya beans

Cherry tomatoes,  Avocado

Pine nuts or toasted walnuts

Feta (optional)

Combine all ingredients and serve with tahini dressing:  –   2 spoons tahini, 2 spoons of natural yoghurt, 2 spoons of water, squeeze lemon juice, salt and pepper
