Detoxing isn’t about fruit juices and starving yourself. The best way is to remove the junk – sugars, grains, alcohol and increase your vegetables and water.

  1. Take Milk thistle – to support liver cells
  2. Most important are Probiotics and fermented food (saukraut, kefir)
  3. Juices are fine but make them 80% vegetables to reduce sugar content
  4. Herbs particularly coriander (use as a pesto or green salsa) which binds to heavy metals
  5. Add Apple cider vinegar to water which enhances digestion and absorption
  6. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables, herbs – parsley, rosemary and basil, broccoli, onion and garlic
  7. Protein – this is key for detoxification – use grass fed meat or wild fish
  8. Reduce your environmental toxic exposure (pesticides, cleaning products, body products, plastic drinks (hot and cold) food wrappings)
