    We all know that the risk of contracting COVID-19 is worse if overweight. Our Western lifestyle makes it really hard to lose weight but there are 3 effective things to help:-
    1. Assess your hunger and only eat when hungry
    2. Plan all your meals several days ahead and take food to work
    3. Balance your blood sugar with more protein, veg and good fat. Caffeine, alcohol and sugar spike it
    4. I’m adding a 4th, get more sleep so you can do the above
