- 1 tbsp cup almond or smooth peanut butter
- 4 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 tbsp cup raw cacao powder
- pinch of Sea Salt (not needed if using peanut butter)
- Splash of milk or milk alternative
Instructions
Into a food processor add dates, nut butter and cocoa powder. Initially the mixture may look like crumbs but should roll into a dough but if it is too wet add more cacao powder, if too dry add more nut butter. (if no processor chop dates and heat gently to soften before mixing )
Roll the truffles in the following options:

- Cocoa powder
- Shredded Coconut
- Chopped Hazlenuts (your own Ferrero Rocher!)
- Sesame seeds
- Transfer the mixture in to a sweet cases and refrigerate
