• 1 tbsp cup almond or smooth peanut butter
  • 4 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp cup raw cacao powder
  • pinch of Sea Salt (not needed if using peanut butter)
  • Splash of milk or milk alternative


Into a food processor add dates, nut butter and cocoa powder. Initially the mixture may look like crumbs but should roll into a dough but if it is too wet add more cacao powder, if too dry add more nut butter.   (if no processor chop dates and heat gently to soften before mixing )

Roll the truffles in the following options:

    • Cocoa powder
    • Shredded Coconut
    • Chopped Hazlenuts (your own Ferrero Rocher!)
    • Sesame seeds
  •  Transfer the mixture in to a sweet cases and refrigerate
