Think binge drinking is a big session resulting in loss of control?  Think again.  Binge drinking is defined as more than 3 pints or 2 large glasses of wine in one session!! and some people are doing this several times a week.  Not only does binge drinking stiffen your liver, increase your heart rate and blood pressure, and elevate inflammation, Horizon has revealed that it contributes to leaky gut and higher levels of the wrong type of gut flora.

What does this mean?  You gut lining is allowing bacteria that should stay in the gut to enter the bloodstream accessing the joints, the brain and the cells, potentially causing allergies and a lowered immunity.
