1. Ditch the sugars and grains and swap for fruits and root vegetables
  2. Eat potassium rich foods (parsley, cucumber, bananas, kale, figs) – these will counterbalance sodium in the body which holds onto water in the cells
  3. Eat oily fish or take an omega 3 supplement. These oils make cells more flexible allowing nutrients in and toxins out. Avoid processed vegetable oils which are poorly absorbed by the body leading to higher toxicity.
  4. Drink bone broth (made by boiling bones or carcass in liquid for a couple of hours). This broth which you can add to soups or stews is rich in collagen which is beneficial for the gut and skin
  5. Skin brushing / citrus cream – brush vigorously with a soft brush around the area of cellulite, will help to stimulate blood supply to bring fresh nutrients to the area and take away toxins. Follow with citrus cream made by blending 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil with 15 drops of grapefruit or orange essential oil and rub in after skin brushing morning and night
  6. Get a mini trampette or rebounder and bounce away for 10 minutes each day to stimulate the lymphatic system which removes toxins
  7. Have a sauna once a week to sweat out toxins, or if this isn’t possible have a steamy hot Epsom salt bath weekly
