2. Ensure that 70% of your carbs are from living plants (including tubers and fruits)

3. Eat fermented vegetables such as saukerkraut and Kefir

4. Reduce alcohol which promotes the unfavourable bacteria

5. Reduce stress which upsets the intestinal bacterial balance
