The Consultation

The aim of good nutrition is to maximise nutrients, reduce unhealthy foods and improve the balance digestion, whether you have IBS, food allergies, fatigue or other health conditions.

What happens?

First of all you will be sent a detailed health questionnaire to complete and food diary which is discussed at the consultation. We discuss the impact of food and your lifestyle is having on your health and energy, and what changes you would like.

What will I have to do?

I tailor make a plan to suit your lifestyle, food choices and work, using delicious, easy to prepare recipes and meal plans, plus supplements if necessary.

How will you monitor me?

There is on-going phone or email support and a follow up meeting is held 4-6 weeks later to assess how things have improved and offer continued advice if applicable. Those on weight loss programmes are usually seen every fortnight.

Where can I see you?

Consultations can be in my clinic in Wantage.

Phone and Zoom consultations are available for those out of area, or I can travel to people who have disabilities.

When are you available?
