Sound Therapy & Reiki
After many years of working with clients and focusing on diet, I noticed more and more, how stress is beneath many illnesses, so it was a natural progression to offer both Nutrition and Health Coaching, plus Energetic Medicine using Meditation, Sound Therapy and Reiki, giving a fully integrated and holistic approach to health.

What is Sound Therapy and Sound Baths? There is no water involved, instead it is a passive relaxation where you are bathed in sounds, frequencies and vibrations from many different instruments, which harmonize to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. The rhythm of the sounds allow your thoughts to quieten, and the vibrations align your own vibrating atoms, removing stress and taking you to a deeper place of relaxation.

You can come along to a group sound bath (see Events), or have a one to one personalised sound therapy experience. You can also book as a couple or with a friend.

Reiki is a gentle non invasive healing practice from Japan, focussing on universal life force that flows through all living things. Clients lie fully clothed on a massage table, whilst my hands are on or near different parts of the body, allowing the channelling of energy to balance of chakras and clear energetic blockages, to facilitate the body's natural healing processes. Reiki is praised for its simplicity to bring about a state of peace and deep relaxation, making it the perfect therapy to compliment Wellness.
Couples Sound Healing
Come along with a partner or friend, to experience personalised sound therapy. Instruments are placed around you and on you to receive a deeper sonic healing experience. Cost £40 each for an hour and fifteen minutes
One to One Sound Healing or One to One Sound Healing & Aromatherapy
During a sound healing session, listen and feel harmonious sounds and vibrations around and on the body.
Sound healing is known for its ability to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity and improve emotional stability. Cost £50 per hour.
​With Aromatherapy - experience the healing benefits of sound with an aromatherapy massage, taking all senses to deeper depths of relaxation and balance. Cost £90 per hour
Reiki (with or without Sound Healing)
Reiki is used to address a variety of physical, emotional and spiritual issues, providing a compliment to traditional medical treatments. Cost £50 per hour
