How Does The Weight Loss Programme Work?

To start, you'll fill out a Health Questionnaire and Food Diary. My goal isn't to judge your eating habits, but to gather a thorough and honest record of what you consume, which will help identify your unique challenges.

Following that, we'll collaborate every two weeks to assess your current habits and replace them with healthier alternatives, while also exploring the reasons behind these habits. Gaining this understanding is key to making lasting changes.

You'll receive tools to help you handle various situations, empowering you to make healthier choices.
