Sound Bath with Crystal Therapy

Join us in the beautiful space of Trinity Church,  where the energy of Lemuiran Crystals and soothing sounds, harmonise to nture your mind, body and spirit.  Sound activates the energy in crystals, which help to clear blockages and bring us back into balance

Crystals are provided, and can be placed on or near the body to help promote energy flow.  Meanwhile sound waves from the instruments penetrate deeply into the body, further facilitating the release of stagnant energy that supports overall balance and vitality.

Please note that soundbaths are not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy or if you have a pacemaker.  If in the first trimester of pregnancy, please check with your health provider.
