About the event
Join us in the beautiful space of Trinity Church, on a healing journey of exploration and transformation, where the energy of specially chosen crystals and soothing sounds, harmonise to nurture your mind, body and spirit
Sound activates the energy in the crystals , which help to clear blockages and bring us back into balance
We will be working with very special crystals, and you will have the opportunity to place crystals in your hands or on your body during the session.
Whether you are a seasoned meditator, or new to sound therapy, this session is for everyone. There is nothing for you to do except lay down (or sit if laying is difficult) and relax. Please bring something comfortable to lay on such as a yoga mat and blanket, and a light blanket to cover you. You may also bring a pillow and socks.
