Chocolate banana smoothie
- cup of almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of nut butter such as Meridian Almond butter or Whole earth peanut butter
- ripe banana
- ¼ ripe avocado (optional)
- dessertspoons of raw cocoa powder or carob powder
Vegetable smoothie
Add the following:
- 1 apple
- 1/4 medium cucumber,
- 1 stick of celery,
- handful of spinach,
- ¼ Avocado
- Handful of cashew nuts
Blend everything until smooth.
Berry Fruit smoothie
- 1 handful of any berries – blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants etc
- Handful of cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon of thick Greek yoghurt
- Milk (coconut or rice or almond milk)
- Coconut oil 1 dessert spoon (Coconut Oil must have been kept in the fridge in order to blend well)
Blend until smooth, pour and enjoy
