Chocolate banana smoothie       


  • cup of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup of nut butter such as Meridian Almond butter or Whole earth peanut butter
  • ripe banana
  • ¼ ripe avocado (optional)
  • dessertspoons of raw cocoa powder or carob powder

 

Vegetable smoothie              

Add the following:

  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 medium cucumber,
  • 1 stick of celery,
  • handful of spinach,
  • ¼ Avocado
  • Handful of cashew nuts

 

Blend everything until smooth.

 

Berry Fruit smoothie

In a blender:-   

 

  • 1 handful of any berries – blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants etc
  • Handful of cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon of thick Greek yoghurt
  • Milk (coconut or rice or almond milk)
  • Coconut oil 1 dessert spoon (Coconut Oil must have been kept in the fridge in order to blend well)

 

 

Blend until smooth, pour and enjoy
