1. Do I know what I what I’m eating tomorrow ? Do I have the right ingredients?
  2. Do I need to get anything out of the freezer?
  3. Do I need to prebake anything such as jacket / sweet potato; new potatoes or pasta
  4. Have I got standby lunches such as
    1. Tinned tuna and frozen sweetcorn
    2. Eggs
    3. Sachets of quinoa and frozen prawns
    4. Frozen mixed veg which I can add some mayo, pulses and seeds
  5. You can always pre- make lunch at breakfast time, or pre make dinner at lunchtime
  6. If I can’t be bothered to cook, I know I can have:
    1. Soup with pulses
    2. Omelette
    3. Salad
  7. Have I always got some food in the freezer from a batch cook?
  8. Have I got some frozen meat and frozen vegetables suitable to make a casserole or slow cooker (put this on first thing if the day is going to get hectic)
  9. Check Waitrose frozen veg, they have:
    1. Cooked and cut aubergine slices
    2. Cooked and cut butternut squash
    3. Chopped onions
    4. Variety of green veg and spinach
    5. Also frozen minced beef and free range frozen chicken breasts
