So chuffed to see this ………….’Sam has been instrumental in turning my life around. Originally visiting for weight loss which was instantaneous with her simple and careful rules and then moving on to general care of my body. Each session has brought more awareness to my body’s needs and I am more in tune with myself. I see Sam as being a major part of my life’
